LASERCUT was a one-week workshop held at the ZHdK and open for students of all faculties. They had to design and construct a stool made of plywood and manufactured on a laser cutter. Discussions about archetypes, material effective construction, weight reduction and meaningful design concepts alternating with testing and model making leaded to a real size and functional object for every student.
